Cary is a Founding Partner of Cucinelli Geiger, PC, and has been practicing exclusively in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Adult Guardianships, and Conservatorships for nearly twenty years. Cary is committed to helping our clients plan and prepare for complex and challenging issues in a simple and straightforward manner. Cary’s levelheaded and sensible approach has won her the respect of her colleagues and recognition from the local Courts. She is frequently appointed to manage trusts and estates and to serve as a Guardian, Conservator, Trustee, and decision-maker for incapacitated adults throughout Northern Virginia.
Cary has volunteered her time as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Board of Directors of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (VAELA), the Board of Governors of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar, the Fifth Disciplinary District Committee of the Virginia State Bar, and the Fairfax Bar Association. She has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2013 and to the Top Lawyers Lists in Northern Virginia Magazine and Washingtonian.
Cary grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, graduated from The College of William & Mary in Virginia, and received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Virginia.
